Julia introduced to fitness through powerlifting. At the time she was severely depressed, obese, and felt that lifting a barbell was just not something she could do. Thankfully she had a terrific trainer who instructed and encouraged her to improve her life. For the next several years, she followed the guidance of trainers from all kinds of backgrounds, each further clarifying her understanding of fitness while aiding in tailoring her own interests and goals.
Through her own fitness success, she felt a desire to extend the gift of health to others, especially to those with little experience in the world of fitness. She became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2019. She worked with a private franchise enjoying a wide variety of clients who ranged absolute beginners to advanced. Her preference for working with the elderly, the sick, and those who lack confidence became clear. Her experience with these clients taught her more than her studies. She could see the familiar transformation in her clients that she experienced.in her own journey. Julia’s routines are customized using your own weight, resistance bands, free weights, flexibility, and endurance. A style of circuit training ensures that her clients make the most out of every minute of the hour.
